Capital Movers provides comprehensive moving solutions, including:

Packing & Unpacking: We carefully pack your belongings and unpack them at your new location as per your instructions.
Moving: We transport your items from your old home to your new home or to a storage facility.
Cleaning/Removal: We offer cleaning services for both your new and old homes and can remove unwanted items or packing materials.
Storage: We coordinate with reputable local storage providers to offer you both short-term and long-term storage solutions.

User Responsibilities:

Customers are expected to:

Prepare items for packing or ensure clear access for our movers.
Secure adequate parking and necessary permits for our trucks.
Inform us about any items requiring special handling.
Make available all areas for cleaning/removal services and comply with our storage procedures.

Payment Terms:

Payments can be made via cash, major credit cards, or Etransfer.
A deposit is required to secure the moving date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the move before it begins.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move will receive a full deposit refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Dispute Resolution:

All disputes will be resolved through mediation, governed by the laws of Ontario.

Amendments and Modifications:

Capital Movers reserves the right to amend these terms at any time at our discretion.
